I recently suffered brake shudder from warped front rotors, so I replaced them with drilled slotted rotors and semi metallic pads. The shutter is gone, but I now have a buzzing/grinding noise when the brakes are applied at certain speeds. They hear alittle bit of noise on the passenger rear axle bearing but nothing major. They also told me that my passenger rear axle might be slightly bent. The thing is that I hear the noise more in the passenger front. They only thing I did recently was to put all new brake rotors from R1 concept in all 4 wheels and new red stuff EBC brake pads. I guess you could say if you were spinning a slotted rotor on a lathe slowly and put a card or something up to it the sound that the slots hitting the card would make should be similar to what I am hearing.
